The median gender pay gap is 15.4% for women in tech.
While a single metric never tells the full story, this metric does have a significant impact:
It affects their ability to invest in self care, and maybe more importantly, ability to invest in leadership development, and therefore also the strength of their network.
That puts them on the back foot when it comes to dealing with the influx of expectations and stress as a leader, and on the journey to becoming a Leader.
Scalable Leaders now offers a 15.4% scholarship to all women in the tech ecosystem, because we donβt want any woman to be held back by the pay gap.
